Specialty Restaurants Corporation is seeking a visionary Director of Operations to oversee multiple Los Angeles area locations, driving operational excellence and profitability. You will mentor restaurant leadership, ensure quality and safety standards, and execute strategic initiatives to meet company goals.

The role requires a strong leader with a track record of building high-performing teams and adjusting to a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Six years of progressive experience in upscale full-service restaurant management (at least 3 as GM), with multi-unit leadership supervising at least 60MM in annual revenue including one unit of 30MM.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze budgets and financial statements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Mentor and develop General Managers and teams to foster continuous improvement and exceptional service.
• Drive profitability by analyzing financial reports, controlling costs, and increasing revenue.
