Job summary

Kelly Services seeks an Operations Lead to support SETT Project Services across engineering, scientific, IT and professional disciplines. You will drive client delivery, coordinate recruiting and manage relationships on site with a focus on service quality.

Travel to client sites up to 30% and lead strategic relationships while ensuring payroll, invoicing and compliance with Kelly standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Kelly Operations or similar operations roles.
• Experience in operational account management and staffing.
• Technical background or exposure to evaluate candidates.
• Ability to support multiple time zones across the U.S.
• Willingness to travel to client sites up to 30%.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in technical or business field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scopes of work across multiple clients and geographies.
• Develop Statements of Work with clients.
• Coordinate recruiting to submit qualified candidates.
• Screen talent for projects and programs.
• Educate recruiting on client needs and strategies.
• Support business development and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate implementation for new clients.
• Manage relationships with clients and employees onsite.
• Develop strategic client relationships internally and with Kelly.
• Ensure use of Kelly tools in service delivery.
• Oversee payroll, invoicing and reconciliation per Kelly standards.
• Create business review materials as needed.
• Develop strategy with CoE to expand offerings and market share.
