Job summary

Kelly Services Inc. is seeking a Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant to act as a strategic advisor for contingent labor programs.

You will partner with hiring managers, suppliers, HR, and finance to manage the full lifecycle—from planning and requisition through onboarding, assignment management, invoicing and offboarding. The role emphasizes strong customer-facing skills, operational ownership, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in MSP, contingent workforce management, staffing, HR operations, or customer service.
• Experience supporting hiring managers, suppliers, and recruiting teams in a customer-facing setting.
• Experience managing requisitions, onboarding, reporting, payroll issues, and escalations.
• Strong multi-priority management in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and operational support with hiring managers.
• Create and manage postings, onboarding activities, and assignments.
• Monitor requisitions, pipelines, and SLAs to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Provide labor market guidance and market rate analyses.
• Coordinate onboarding, access requests, and worker offboarding activities.
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to drive service delivery and improvements.
• Maintain accurate worker data and governance across systems.
• Perform daily/weekly audits to identify risks and opportunities.
