Job summary

Kelly Services Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead to support SETT Project Services, combining strategic account management with day-to-day requisition fulfillment across engineering, science, IT and professional disciplines.

You will deliver scopes of work for multiple clients, develop statements of work, coordinate recruiting, screen candidates, and drive strategic relationships while ensuring payroll, invoicing and reconciliation standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience within Kelly Operations.
• 5+ years' experience of Operational Account Management.
• Strong background in Staffing Industry.
• Prefer experience in recruiting and order fulfillment.
• Technical background or exposure to evaluate candidates for open positions.
• Ability to support all time zones across domestic U.S.
• Must be able to handle a large workload with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the effective delivery of scopes of work across multiple clients and varied geographies.
• Develop Statements of Work with clients.
• Coordinate recruiting activity ensuring only the most qualified candidates are submitted to clients.
• Screen potential talent for our projects and programs.
• Work with recruiting to educate them on client needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate implementation activities for new clients.
• Manage ongoing relationship with clients and employees at assigned client sites.
• Development of strategic relationships within the client's organization as well as internally at Kelly.
• Ensures utilization of Kelly tools in the delivery of the solutions.
• Financial planning and performance management for those sites within their oversight (P&L).
• Ensure Kelly standards are maintained as it relates to payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Creation of Business Review materials as needed.
• Strategy development with CoE to enhance current brand — service offerings to increase market share
