LendlyX Inc seeks a Chief of Staff to sharpen organizational effectiveness and accelerate strategic initiatives. You will partner with the CEO and leadership team to orchestrate priorities, streamline cross‑department collaboration, and oversee critical programs that move the business forward.

In a fully remote-friendly fintech startup based in Texas, you’ll guide project execution, support onboarding and development, and champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and high impact

Formación

• Experience in a leadership/management role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement strategic priorities.
• Oversee the execution of key projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership meetings, providing insights and recommendations.
• Act as a liaison between the executive team and other staff members, fostering a culture of transparency and engagement.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the onboarding and development of new team members, ensuring alignment with company values.
