Leverage is seeking an Operations leader to partner directly with the CEO, turning vision into execution within a fast-growing startup. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, align teams, and help scale core processes while navigating a rapidly evolving environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and data-driven decision making. You will oversee meetings, planning, and onboarding, and jump into priority projects as needed to accelerate growth.
