LendlyX Inc seeks a Chief of Staff to sharpen organizational effectiveness and accelerate strategic initiatives. You will partner with the CEO and leadership team to orchestrate priorities, streamline cross‑department collaboration, and oversee critical programs that move the business forward.

In a fully remote-friendly fintech startup based in Texas, you’ll guide project execution, support onboarding and development, and champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and high impact

The Role

As the Chief of Staff at LendlyX Inc, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. You will be responsible for managing key projects, facilitating communication across departments, and driving strategic initiatives that align with our company goals.
