MassMutual Ventures seeks a seasoned Operations and Strategy professional to drive onboarding, governance, reporting, and operational excellence for enterprise fintech clients.

You will own SLA metrics, executive reporting, and cross-functional partnerships, shaping processes for growth and risk management across the organization.

This role requires 5+ years of business operations experience, strong communication, and a track record working with enterprise customers in banking or investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Risk Management, Program Management, or related functions.
• Experience working in fintech, SaaS, technology, or other high-growth environments.
• Experience with enterprise-grade customers in banking or investment management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong client-facing experience.
• Familiarity with third-party risk management, information security assessments, audit programs, and compliance frameworks.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills for executive-ready presentations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME for onboarding, vendor due diligence, information security assessments, procurement requests, and client risk management processes.
• Manage onboarding activities from initiation to completion across multiple internal teams.
• Partner with clients to ensure timely completion of onboarding requests, questionnaires, audits, and due diligence.
• Build deep knowledge of Versana's platform, security controls, policies, and processes and maintain response libraries.
• Own customer SLA reporting and monitoring, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.
• Develop and deliver recurring customer and operational performance reporting.
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with Client Success, Product, and Engineering to enhance client experience.
• Support operational readiness and execution for new clients, products, and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain policy inventory and governance framework; coordinate reviews and updates.
• Support operational risk management, audit activities, and compliance initiatives.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance processes, and operational maturity.
• Coordinate audits, certifications, customer requests, and regulatory inquiries.
• Identify operational risks and recommend process improvements and mitigation strategies.
• Develop executive and management reporting materials providing insights into performance.
• Prepare presentation materials for leadership, strategic initiatives, client meetings, and board discussions.
• Transform data into actionable recommendations and dashboards.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Deliver recurring management reporting on customer, operational, and business performance metrics.
