Job summary

MassMutual is seeking an experienced Alternative Investment Operations & Accounting Ecosystem Project Manager to join the CFPMO. This full‑time role drives planning, execution, and reporting of investment operations and accounting initiatives across Finance, Investments and Risk.

You will collaborate with sponsors, manage scope, budgets, schedules and risk, and ensure delivery aligned with MassMutual standards in a complex enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of project management experience.
• 1 year experience with PM software including MS Project, Smartsheet, and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on investment operations and accounting projects.
• Develop and maintain required planning artifacts and manage plan execution.
• Determine project scope and manage scope across large projects with high complexity and risk.
• Maintain risk and issue logs and conduct pre-mortem activities.
• Ensure alignment with CFPMO standards and serve stakeholders.
