Intech Anchoring Systems, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily inventory, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics across multiple locations in the United States.

The role ensures proper inventory levels, accurate order fulfillment, and disciplined purchasing aligned with customer demand and business goals. Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound processes, developing SOPs, and coordinating with sales to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in multi-site operations or supply chain management.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and purchasing processes.
• Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel functions.
• Familiarity with NetSuite inventory and purchasing management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee inbound receiving, material storage, outbound shipping, and inventory transfers across multiple locations.
• Coordinate warehouse and inventory staff to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient execution of daily activities.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures that support consistency, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to align operational priorities with customer demand.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, purchasing, and warehouse productivity.
