Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech Epidemiology & Real World Data Science group seeks an Associate Director, Epidemiology Operations, Planning and Strategy. This role leads strategic planning, coordinating with cross-functional partners, and aligning with Credo and Leadership Imperatives to drive business execution in a global context.

The position is hybrid, with three days in the office located in New Brunswick, NJ or Spring House, PA.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating teams and leading budgets.
• Strong writing and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook; CoPilot experience helpful.
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and annual goals for the MedTech Epidemiology team.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide strategic priority workgroups within the epidemiology function.
• Develop executive summaries and reports for senior leadership and partners.
• Oversee external data partnerships and complex data contracts for real world evidence studies.
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and governance meet program targets.
