Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Epidemiology Operations, Planning and Strategy for the MedTech Epidemiology group. The role focuses on operations, planning and strategic initiatives across external partnerships and internal stakeholders, reporting to the VP.

Hybrid work arrangement requires three days in the office, located in New Brunswick NJ, Spring House PA or Cambridge MA. The candidate will drive strategic planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Organize MedTech Epidemiology leadership team meetings and track actions.
• Coordinate strategic priority workgroups within the enterprise Epidemiology org.
• Develop annual goals and metrics, and summarize achievements and ROI.
• Create strategies and slide decks for senior leadership and newsletters.
• Manage external data partnerships for real world evidence studies and regulatory studies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Law, Healthcare Compliance, HR and BU Finance teams.
• Partner with Medical Safety, Clinical Operations and Regulatory groups on studies and data purchases.
