Qualifications

• PhD in epidemiology or biostatistics.
• Strong coding skills in R.
• 8+ years in biopharma, RWE, or healthcare industries.
• 5+ years as a people manager.
• Experience mitigating confounding and biases in analyses.
• Familiarity with EHR, claims, and registry data sources.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of RWE scientists and set strategy.
• Collaborate with Data Science leaders to deliver Real World Evidence.
• Direct end-to-end RWE studies from design to presentation.
• Develop best practices and reusable RWE tools.
• Provide scientific leadership in RWD methodologies.
