Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Epidemiology Operations, Planning and Strategy for the MedTech Epidemiology & Real World Data Science group. The role reports to the VP and requires a hybrid work model with three days in office, located in New Brunswick, NJ, Spring House, PA, or Cambridge, MA.

The position leads strategic planning, global partnerships, and operations for real-world evidence initiatives across medical devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; Master’s preferred.
• Experience coordinating teams and leading budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication for leadership reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations and planning for MedTech Epidemiology initiatives.
• Develop annual goals and track performance indicators.
• Prepare strategic reports and slide decks for senior leadership.
• Manage external data partnerships and ROIs across programs.
• Collaborate with multiple functional groups including Finance, Regulatory, and IT.
