Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech Epidemiology and Real World Data Science group seeks an Associate Director to lead Operations, Planning and Strategy. This hybrid role requires 3 days in-office and can be located in New Brunswick, NJ; Spring House, PA; or Cambridge, MA.

You will drive strategic planning, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage complex data partnerships, and ensure alignment with Credo and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in epidemiology, operations, or strategic planning.
• Experience coordinating teams, managing budgets, and delivering strategic reports.
• Strong writing and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration ability.

Responsibilities

• Organize MedTech Epidemiology leadership meetings and track actions.
• Coordinate strategic priority workgroups across the enterprise.
• Develop annual goals, track performance, and report ROI.
• Prepare executive slide decks and summary reports.
• Manage external data partnerships and internal collaborations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Law, Compliance, HR and BU Finance.
• Oversee public-private partnerships in Real World Evidence.
• Lead AI planning and adoption within the team.
