Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required. An Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Engineering preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead complex projects in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to build relationships across functional areas.
• Experience in contracting and/or procurement required.
• Up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Leading process optimization and business transformation initiatives across Innovative Medicine R&D.
• Developing and implementing operational strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Managing project portfolios, budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve objectives.
• Building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption.
• Leading change management and continuous improvement within a matrix organization.
• Interfacing with Legal, Procurement, GSINC, and global functions to simplify contracting.
