Qualifications

• Preferred: Master’s degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Ellucian CRM Recruit, HubSpot, Banner, and related website integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the department, including accounting and resource control.
• Communicate with Dean, Associate Dean, and staff on performance and needs.
• Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and supervision of staff.
• Oversee admissions, recruitment, and hiring for the Graduate College.
• Coordinate events, programming, and communications for the Graduate College.
• Monitor budget, purchasing, and travel arrangements.
• Collaborate to schedule and document Graduate Council proceedings and curriculum proposals.
