Job summary

University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond seeks an operational lead for campus visit programs, admissions events, and student visitor experiences. You will support the Associate Director of Campus Tours and Events and oversee daily visit operations on the main campus.

You will coordinate group tours, arrange meetings with academic departments, assist with orientation programs, and act as a key front-line contact for Undergraduate Admissions.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2+ years of work experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and online systems.
• Excellent public relations, communications and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily tour welcome speeches and all group tours visiting campus.
• Manages all prospective students’ requests to meet with academic departments and coordinate scheduling appointments.
• Assists Associate Director of Campus Tours and Events with all Prospective Student Events.
• Assists with New Broncho Orientation and Camp Broncho programs, including Orientation Leader selection and training, supervision, executive board advisement, and execution.
• Public-facing role for Undergraduate Admissions; answers inquiries about admissions, enrollment, records, and other questions.
• Assists with special projects, mass mailing, or packet assembly as needed.
• Assists with data entry of information received from prospective students.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
