Job summary

Alchemi is hiring a Strategy & Operations Lead to work directly with leadership on priorities as the company scales. You will translate priorities into executable plans, align teams, and ensure smooth operations while the company grows rapidly.

You’ll drive planning cadences, lead priority projects end-to-end, and build leadership-ready analytics that guide decision-making, while shaping how we work across commercial, delivery and product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or strategy and operations at a high-growth company.
• Strong analytical skills and clear, structured writing.
• Track record of getting things done across teams without formal authority.
• Comfort with ambiguity and being an early hire without a finished playbook.

Responsibilities

• Drive company planning, goal-setting and operating cadence.
• Lead high-priority strategic projects from scoping to execution.
• Build reporting and analysis used by leadership to make decisions.
• Design and improve collaboration across commercial, delivery and product.
• Own special projects across hiring, partnerships, pricing and expansion.
