Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Business Operations Staff to partner with executive leaders, drive transformation projects, and deliver measurable business impact. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of strategic/operational experience in tech or fintech, strong analytics, and an MBA or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of strategic and operational impact in a technology company or large organization, SaaS or fintech preferred.
• Strategy and operations experience at a high-growth startup, or at large companies in strategic/analytical roles.
• Proven track record in leveraging data and developing insight-backed hypotheses for business cases.
• Excellent quantitative analytical skills and business sense with ability to generate innovative insights.
• Ownership mindset to convert strategic plans into action and drive projects to completion.
• Experienced change management leader who can influence across a cross-functional organization.
• Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and storytelling abilities for executives.
• MBA or equivalent from a nationally recognized institution is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership to identify opportunities for operational excellence.
• Analyze company performance and operational data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
• Lead strategic initiatives end-to-end from hypothesis to operationalization.
• Design frameworks and operating models to accelerate decision-making and best practices.
• Learn from best practices and help scale them across the company.
