You will lead AI-enabled operations and build an operating cadence for speed and clarity, shaping executive-level decisions with data-driven insights and crisp narratives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or related field.
• Experience leading multi-year strategy and planning and translating strategy into operating priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis and KPI trend analysis; proficiency in SQL/Python; no-code/low-code platforms a plus.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, data scientists, and marketing channel owners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute key business initiatives to drive growth and profitability, and evolve planning processes.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, sales, and product to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
• Analyze performance, market trends, and metrics to improve efficiency using AI and automation.
• Distill complex analysis into clear executive-ready recommendations and narratives.
• Apply AI enablement to increase throughput and address root causes.
