Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent practical experience in business, finance, data analytics, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related roles with multi-domain ownership.
• Proven experience liaising between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Strong experience with financial systems, cloud finops, and planning/analytics applications.
• Experience modernizing data consumption and moving to self-service analytics.
• Strong SQL skills with large datasets across multiple systems.
• Experience mentoring analysts and setting delivery standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data analytics across operational excellence, development productivity, and cloud finops initiatives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate needs into data requirements.
• Drive modernization of data consumption patterns and data structure across reporting platforms.
• Define and safeguard data integrity standards across business processes.
• Identify opportunities to move from static reporting to scalable analytics.
• Mentor analysts and build technical bench strength as scope expands.
• Partner with finance, engineering, and planning to support immediate and long-term analytics.
• Surface risks related to data quality and continuity during transformations and advise mitigations.
• Advise leadership on effects of transformation decisions on downstream analytics.
