Job summary

Fivetran is hiring a Lead Company Operations Manager to join the COO Office in Denver. You will shape board narratives, drive the operating rhythm, and own cross-functional projects with a focus on AI-enabled workflows to automate recurring tasks.

You will work with stakeholders from Product, GTM, Finance, and Engineering, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy, or chief of staff roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, ad hoc analysis, and translating results into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of semi-annual Company Kickoffs and align annual goals.
• Prepare quarterly ELT Strategy Days with pre-reads and materials.
• Own end-to-end preparation of board materials with data from Finance/department leaders.
• Maintain a reliable source of truth for board/executive reporting metrics.
• Drive the operating rhythm: Weekly Business Reviews, QBRs, and OKR tracking.
