Job summary

Versar Global Solutions seeks a Senior Operations Strategy Lead to develop and implement enterprise Civil Engineer Operations policy and guidance for AF/A4CF. The role analyzes installation infrastructure and readiness programs, coordinating with senior DoD stakeholders to improve installation sustainment and mission readiness.

The position centers on business transformation, policy implementation, and strategic plan execution to align future enterprise strategies with current AF operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and fifteen or more years of experience in large government programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, consolidate, develop, and maintain Civil Engineer Operations governance and programmatic documents (e.g., DAFIs, UFCs, engineering standards, policies).
• Provide updates to leadership by participating in governance forums, technical reviews, and working groups; prepare briefing materials and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with Government personnel and AF/MAJCOMs to implement Civil Engineer Operations strategy, governance, and modernization initiatives.
• Perform Operations program analysis, trend analyses, and prepare briefing materials and executive correspondence to support modernization.
• Integrate complex enterprise issues across HQ DAF and stakeholders to translate inputs into decision-ready recommendations.
• Develop and maintain Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) to implement A4C Strategic Implementation plan objectives.
