Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and policy development.
• Secret clearance required and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Civil Engineer Operations policy and guidance.
• Coordinate with HQ DAF, MAJCOMs, AFIMSC, AFCEC and installations.
• Prepare staff packages, executive briefs, and decision documents.
• Monitor compliance with CE Operations directives and modernization efforts.
• Produce action plans, briefing materials, and briefing slides.
