Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Senior Air Force Civil Engineer Operations Strategic Analyst to support AF/A4C. You will bridge tactical base-level execution with Headquarters policy, translating field reality into enterprise strategy for infrastructure governance and asset management.

You will lead strategic implementation, performance dashboards, cross-organizational coordination, and modernization efforts across AF agencies, delivering decision-ready materials to GO/SES leadership while

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
10+ years supporting Air Force or DoD programs.
Strategic planning and roadmapping experience.
Civil engineer SME with AFRCES knowledge.

Responsibilities

Support AF/A4C SIP, align modernization initiatives, track milestones.
Develop POA&Ms, implementation plans, metrics, and executive dashboards.
Coordinate across HAF, AFCEC, AFIMSC, MAJCOMs, CES to remove bottlenecks.
Drive UFC modernization, CBM+, resilience, fuel-storage advocacy, facility enhancements.
Analyze work order planning, asset management, contracts to standardize processes.
Research new tech to accelerate adoption and improve installation readiness.
