You will partner with operations, IT, finance, and external partners, applying Lean/Six Sigma methods to standardize practices and realize efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; Master's preferred for standout candidates.
• 4–7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, analytics or project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and multi-phase projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze supply chain network strategies and facility layouts.
• Lead transformation initiatives with defined scope, timelines and governance.
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and risk logs for projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities for operational readiness and implementation sequencing.
• Provide executive-ready insights and present recommendations to leadership.
