Job summary

ADUSA Distribution seeks a hands-on Supervisor, Distribution Operations, to keep the distribution center running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You will lead a team of associates, drive daily operational excellence, and partner with cross-functional teams across Distribution, Transportation, and Inventory Management.

Your leadership will influence service to retail, associate engagement, and continuous improvement of operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in general distribution operations, or a BS/BA in a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• College degree (preferred).
• Prior supervisory experience leading hourly associates (preferred).
• Certified on powered industrial equipment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead a Safety-First culture and maintain a safe, positive work environment.
• Supervise and develop your team; coach, motivate, and manage performance.
• Drive operational excellence; ensure efficient, accurate flow of inventory.
• Optimize staffing and training; support recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Communicate and coordinate shift updates; minimize disruptions and maximize throughput.
• Meet performance and budget goals; manage productivity, quality, and cost.
• Ensure compliance and quality; enforce safety and regulatory standards.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend process improvements.
