Job summary

ADUSA Distribution, the distribution arm of Ahold Delhaize USA, seeks a Manager, Operations Initiatives to drive high-impact projects, workforce readiness, and operational excellence across the site. You will partner with Site Director and regional teams to shape the distribution center's future through cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

You will lead strategic initiatives, oversee Training Operations, and develop leaders while ensuring safety, compliance, and performance

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, operations, or a related environment.
• Experience leading across multiple departments or functional areas.
• Proven success leading strategic initiatives, special projects, or formal project/program management efforts with measurable business results.
• Experience overseeing training operations, employee development, or operational support functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide strategic initiatives and special projects from planning through sustainment and results measurement.
• Develop and coach supervisors and leaders across assigned functions, setting clear performance expectations.
• Lead training operations to deliver consistent onboarding and workforce readiness across the site.
• Direct day-to-day activities and allocate resources to support business priorities and operational requirements.
• Champion safety, compliance and performance, ensuring policy adherence and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze performance, develop action plans, and drive improvements across functions.
