Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years in business operations, financial administration or project management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, HR processes and operations.
• Experience in revenue-generating units or entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for the department.
• Coordinate HR onboarding, recruitment and staffing for events and programs.
• Direct registration pathways and manage project workflows in the PM system.
• Lead operational initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance.
