Job summary

Quinnipiac University seeks an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to support execution of the University's multi-year strategic plan and approximately $120 million in strategic operating and capital investments. This three-year term position will translate priorities into practical workplans, milestones, budget tracking, and clear accountability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management, strategic implementation, or senior operational support in a complex organization.
• Experience supporting or managing large-scale strategic initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable work plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong financial awareness, analytical ability, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the university's strategic plan and investments through disciplined project management.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, timelines, milestone trackers, decision logs, and accountability measures.
• Prepare concise updates and document next steps for leadership decision-making.
• Identify risks and dependencies and recommend practical corrective actions.
• Track and report on a portfolio of investments, monitor budgets, and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Develop dashboards and performance reporting tools with institutional research.
• Coordinate regular progress reviews and drive continuous improvements.
