Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking an Operations Finance Business Partner Lead in Wisconsin to provide strategic financial support to operational groups and project teams. You will act as a key financial partner, building trust and guiding leaders on profitability analysis and forecasting.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, MBA or other certification favorable but not required.
Experience: 7–10 years in finance or corporate accounting; at least 3 years in operations or project-focused environment.
Experience with corporate accounting systems.
Travel: 5–10%
Work Schedule: Typical hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mon–Fri; may require other times to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Supervises and mentors direct report(s).
Strategic Financial Partnership with project management and operational leadership on complex initiatives.
Operational & Project Analysis focusing on profitability and performance.
Budgeting and Forecasting for supported groups.
Performance Monitoring and variance analysis to optimize project performance.
Interprets and communicates complex financial data to support decision-making.
