Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 1–5 years of related experience in finance or accounting.
• Less than 5% travel.
• Typical hours 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday; some flexibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Financial analysis support to assist business strategies with focus on project profitability.
• Provide financial insights to project management and operations leaders.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for operational groups.
• Monitor performance, track variances, and escalate findings to a senior partner.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports for operational decision-making.
• Assist with day-to-day financial processes and data integrity.
• Support cash flow and profitability analysis for projects.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned.
