The role leads revenue recognition governance (ASC 606) for hybrid ETO and component manufacturing, designs KPI frameworks, and collaborates across manufacturing, construction, and supply chain to optimize profitability and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership in industrial construction or project-based manufacturing.
• Travel 15–25%.
• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Strong ERP architecture, controls, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ASC 606 revenue recognition governance and policies.
• Partner across manufacturing, commercial, supply chain, and finance to align strategy.
• Design contracts with financial terms, milestones, billing, and risk.
• Own ERP design, process ownership, and control development.
• Develop costing models linking engineering decisions to margins.
• Support estimating, pre-production, and project operations with financial insights.
• Establish KPIs and reporting for site-wide profitability and cash flow.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Excellerate finance team.
