Molex is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Operations Finance to support rapid expansion of our Connectivity business within the Optical Solutions Business Unit. This role works with leaders across manufacturing, supply chain, sales and engineering to translate financial data into actionable recommendations that drive capacity, inventory management and global expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Progressive experience in finance, FP&A, operations finance, manufacturing finance or comparable analytical experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a finance business partner to leaders across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, commercial and engineering teams.
• Turn financial and operational data into recommendations around growth, capacity, inventory, demand and profitability.
• Partner with supply chain and operations to improve visibility to inventory, demand planning and working capital.
• Evaluate opportunities, new programs, capacity expansions and strategic investments through scenario modeling and financial analysis.
• Analyze manufacturing performance, including costs, labor, material usage, yields, productivity and variances, and connect results to actions.
• Develop models to evaluate risks, opportunities and trade-offs.
• Partner with commercial teams on revenue, margin, customer and profitability analysis.
• Work with business leaders to understand operational drivers behind financial results and identify risks/opportunities.
• Lead analytical and ad hoc projects with independence.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve financial analysis, reporting and decision support.
