Job summary

Molex is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, SAP Finance to partner with Finance stakeholders worldwide, designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Finance solutions that drive growth and operational excellence.

This role covers ECC and S/4HANA Central Finance, GL/AP/AR/AA/CCA/IO/PCA, and integration with tools like Coupa and Kyriba, with opportunities to lead global ERP initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years SAP Finance configuration and implementation experience in ECC/SAP environments.
• Experience with ECC and S/4HANA Central Finance processes.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across business and technical teams.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of SAP Finance/Controlling solutions across ECC and S/4HANA Central Finance environments.
• Configure and support SAP Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, IO, PCA, Product Costing.
• Support integrated financial processes involving SAP and related applications (Coupa, OneSource, GetPaid, Blackline, Kyriba, BI, and third-party systems).
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and align with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering with global business teams; provide functional leadership.
