Pacific West Site Services, Inc. in San Francisco seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead the company’s operations across designated territories, directing activities in sales, operations, customer relations, and adherence to corporate directives.

The role involves formulating long-range goals, coordinating multiple departments and key customers, reviewing performance data, and reporting to senior leadership. A driving requirement includes travel to various locations and sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience in senior operations leadership preferred.

Responsabilités

• Participates in formulating and administering company policies and developing long range goals and objectives.
• Directs and coordinates activities of departments, key customers, regions or divisions for which responsibility is delegated to further attainment of goals and objectives.
• Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
• Confers with EVP or COO, and other senior leadership personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions.
• The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
• Serves as member of management committees on strategic initiatives.
• Significant travel will be required for this position.
