Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or related field.
• Executive leadership experience leading multiple functional areas.
• Experience with ERP systems, data analytics and industrial technologies.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Company's strategic operations vision and growth initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end supply chain, procurement, logistics and manufacturing operations.
• Drive Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Establish KPIs and governance for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Mentor leaders and build high-performing, collaborative teams.
