Job summary

Oliver Packaging and Equipment Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to shape and execute the company’s operational strategy across supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics. The leader will partner with the CEO and executive team to drive scalable growth, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional customer value.

The role requires deep expertise in manufacturing operations, lean practices, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive leadership in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
8+ years in executive/senior leadership across multiple functions.
Proven experience with P&L responsibility and driving business performance.
Strong negotiation, analytics, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the strategic vision for growth, operations, supply chain, logistics and procurement.
Lead end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution to meet customer commitments.
Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Collaborate with CEO and executive leadership to align functional priorities with growth objectives.
Oversee contract negotiations and supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and favorable terms.
Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory/compliance standards across all operations.
