Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field.
• MBA or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years progressive leadership in financial services, banking, or credit union operations.
• Minimum of 5 years senior or executive management with responsibility for multiple departments.
• Experience leading branch operations, member service, lending or other core functions.
• Proven experience developing and executing strategic initiatives and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and direction for daily operations across multiple areas including branches, member experience, contact center, digital banking.
• Direct leaders to ensure operational excellence and achievement of goals.
• Evaluate structure, staffing, infrastructure, and service delivery to improve efficiency and growth.
• Develop operational strategies to improve profitability and sustainability.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and take corrective actions when needed.
• Lead strategic planning and cross-department coordination for successful execution.
• Oversee budgeting and capital expenditures for departments and branches.
