Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field.
• MBA or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in financial services, banking, or credit union operations.
• Experience leading multiple operational departments and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of financial institution regulations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for daily operations across branches and departments.
• Oversee branch operations, member experience, contact center, and digital channels.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Monitor performance via KPIs and adjust operations accordingly.
• Mentor leaders and drive succession planning; govern budgeting and capital expenditures.
