Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or Operations Management
• MBA or advanced degree required
• Experience with ERP systems, business intelligence, or technology-enabled process improvement

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives with the President and executive team, translating priorities into clear ownership and milestones
• Lead annual strategic planning and quarterly business reviews
• Monitor KPIs with data-driven insights to inform decisions
• Identify operational gaps and design process improvements for efficiency
• Create a prioritized roadmap connecting growth to capabilities, people, systems, and investment
• Oversee multiple departments and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Own budgets and forecasts with the Controller; analyze metrics for optimization
• Support ESOP communication and cross-sister collaboration across all locations
