Job summary

Hoffman Building Technologies, a division of Hoffman & Hoffman, Inc., seeks a Senior HR Manager to lead strategic HR initiatives across multiple states. You will guide workforce planning, organizational design, and HR direction, partnering with division leadership and corporate HR to align talent strategies with business goals.

You will develop HR capability, oversee employee relations and performance management, and ensure compliant practices while supporting ESOP culture across HHY

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of HR management experience, including experience managing HR staff.
• Strong working knowledge of employment law, including multi-state compliance.
• Demonstrated experience leading employee relations matters and performance management processes.
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the senior HR leader for Hoffman Building Technologies, shaping HR strategy to support the division's objectives.
• Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and long-term staffing strategy.
• Partner with division leadership on organizational design and structure; manage employee relations and performance management.
• Coordinate with corporate HR, Talent Acquisition, and Benefits teams to align practices.
• Oversee compensation benchmarking, job description development, and pay decisions for HBT roles.
• Collaborate on division-level benefits strategy and communication; administer incentive/bonus plans for HHY positions.
