Job summary

StartCare, Inc. in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Senior Director of Operations to oversee high-level operational and administrative functions, coordinating daily activities and ensuring alignment with the COO’s priorities.

You will manage projects, KPIs, performance dashboards, and cross-functional initiatives, drive process improvements, and provide reports to senior leadership to support growth, compliance, and quality of care across all programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or administrative support within healthcare or nonprofit; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, quality management, and quality improvement practices.
• Proven experience leading projects from initiation through completion, including planning, execution, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support the COO in managing and monitoring operations, including program performance and compliance.
• Develop and track operational goals, KPIs, and dashboards to measure progress.
• Prepare reports and briefings for leadership meetings and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and track progress on organizational projects and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Maintain project documentation and generate regular reports for senior management.
