Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six to eight years of job-related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and organizational change efforts.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, and administer day-to-day administrative operations of a college or department; advise executive leadership; serve as liaison between senior leadership and Institute entities.
• Oversee short- and long-range planning for administrative services; establish and recommend changes to policies and programs.
• Identify and facilitate cross-functional workgroups to develop and implement projects and improvements; lead business improvement processes.
• Coordinate and oversee administrative staffing needs and training; supervise staff and allocate workload; determine resources to meet goals.
• Develop KPIs and metrics, monitor achievement, and set program goals related to customer satisfaction, engagement, and outreach.
• Oversee planning and administration of high-level meetings and events; represent senior leadership on committees and search processes.
• Develop, prepare, and maintain program budgets related to staff engagement and development initiatives and events.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement project plans to support college initiatives and improve operations.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
