Job summary

GTN Technical Staffing seeks a Director, Enterprise Strategy & Operations to lead enterprise planning, governance, and strategic execution across a rapidly growing organization.

Reporting to the COO, you will translate long-term strategy into operating plans, align with CEO and CFO, and drive disciplined execution. You will own major planning processes and guide a Strategy & Operations team in partnering with finance and functional leaders to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, Strategy & Operations, FP&A, or related field.
• Experience leading multi-year strategic planning and annual operating planning.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Experience preparing executive, board, and investor-level materials.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and executive narratives.
• Experience with OKRs, performance management, or enterprise operating frameworks.
• Experience leading experienced individual contributors and working with C-suite leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and refinement of the company’s multi-year strategic plan.
• Translate strategic priorities into initiatives, milestones, resources, and measurable outcomes.
• Own the Annual Operating Plan process and coordinate target setting across functions.
• Partner with Finance and FP&A to align strategic priorities, operating plans, forecasts, and financial targets.
• Own Monthly Business Reviews structure and cadence; develop dashboards and executive reporting frameworks.
• Synthesize financial and operational performance into concise, decision-ready insights.
• Identify performance gaps, risks, and strategic tradeoffs; drive leadership decisions.
• Lead preparation of board decks, pre-reads, and investor materials; ensure clear narrative.
• Coach Strategy & Operations team; set priorities and delegate ownership of major workstreams.
