Qualifications

• Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen.
• Proven ownership of cross-functional initiatives—not just project coordination.
• Experience with KPIs, operational reporting, and performance management.
• Ability to independently solve ambiguous business problems and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

A growing, entrepreneurial organization is seeking a Director of Business Operations to serve as a strategic and operational partner to the COO.

This is a true business operations role for a sharp, commercially minded generalist who can analyze complex business problems, make sound recommendations, and then drive execution across the organization.

For a high performer, the breadth of this role offers a strong trajectory toward broader VP Operations or COO-level responsibilities over time.

What You’ll Do
