Responsibilities

• Assists with overall leadership for all departmental functions including planning, directing and evaluating operations.
• Provide fiscal oversight and financial reporting; seek cost-reduction opportunities.
• Directly supervise unit activities and staff; oversee management.
• Support development of short- and long-term departmental goals.
• Advise on administration of university-wide programs and initiatives involving the company.
• Coordinate across departments to align activities and avoid cross-purposes.
• Monitor processes, ensure compliance and provide reporting to management.
• Contribute to policy development and implementation; stay updated on industry developments.
