Job summary

Woodward, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Director to lead the fuel systems and controls services business, driving the development and execution of the strategy and ensuring execution across Customer Support, Services Sales, MRO operations, parts fulfillment and network partner management.

You will establish standard processes, metrics and governance to hit financial and service KPIs. The role requires aBachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field and 10+ years in aerospace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related technical field required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in aerospace, preferably post-sale services, product management or customer-facing roles.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and management processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the prime focal point for the operational health and excellence of the services business.
• Develop and refine key services business metrics, management systems and Cadences to ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Develop and manage standardized communication, decision making and escalation processes.
• Support long-term services growth strategy including MRO capacity needs and partner strategy.
• Ensure commercial and technical support meets customer expectations.
• Manage services business financials including operating plans, cost improvements and pricing strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean principles and cross-functional coordination across product lines.
