Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's preferred.
10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in large warehousing or regulated distribution.
Experience leading managers and large frontline teams.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for OKC and FW sites, aligning with company objectives.
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Develop and manage the annual operating budget and financial performance.
Ensure aerospace quality standards compliance (AS9120, AS6081, ESD) and safety.
